Ambassador Playbook
Carry the current forward.
Welcome Aboard, Ambassador
You are the first voice most people will ever hear from the Sea Sirens Collective. Before the website, before the events, before the Seavatar quiz, there is you, telling someone you care about that a community like this exists.
That is a real responsibility, and it comes with one golden rule that governs everything in this playbook:
Everything below is built so you can share the Collective confidently, honestly, and safely. If a conversation drifts outside these pages, Section VIII tells you exactly what to do: hand it up.
The Program at a Glance
- You receive
- $25 reward for every qualifying new member who joins through your personal invite link, as defined in the published Program Terms.
- The Collective receives
- $25 matching contribution to the Collective's community and conservation fund, generated by that same welcome. Every invitation gives twice.
- Your tools
- Your HeartBadge, your personal invite link, and this playbook. Your link is how the Collective knows a new member is yours. Always use it.
- What governs it
- The Ambassador Agreement and published Program Terms define qualifying memberships, payout schedule, and program updates. Rewards may be taxable income; keep your own records.
- The requirement
- Always disclose. Whenever you invite someone, say plainly that you are an ambassador and that you earn a referral reward if they join. Every template below includes it.
Get Underway
- Sign up for your HeartBadge — your reputation credential across the Collective and your check-in passport at every gathering.
- Read and sign the Ambassador Agreement — this is what makes you eligible for rewards. Read it properly; it is short, and it is the rulebook.
- Receive your On Board package — including your personal invite link. This link is yours alone; referrals only count through it.
- On board and take lead — bring your people into the projects and activations. Start with the three or four humans who came to mind while you read this sentence.
Know the Collective
In one line: Sea Sirens Collective is where ocean lovers turn community, events, wellness, and volunteering into real, verifiable marine impact.
What we actually do
Chapters host beach cleanups, reef restoration and monitoring days, and coastal wellness gatherings: sunrise yoga, sound baths, breathwork, and workshops. Members check in with their HeartBadge, so participation becomes a verified impact record instead of a good intention. Philanthropic programs run with our foundation partner, the Seed 2 Sea Foundation.
The inward journey
Joining starts with a short personality and dosha quiz that reveals a member's Seavatar, the sea creature that matches their nature and the role they naturally play in the crew.
The membership path
Claim your Sea Avatar and take the personality test. The front door.
Member event pricing and member perks across the Collective's gatherings.
Everything unlocks, including hosting and leading within the Collective.
Every dollar counts toward the $235 Full membership. Someone can start at $5 today and that $5 still counts the day they go Full.
What HeartBadge is and is not
HeartBadge is a member's identity and check-in passport: access, identity, check-in, recognition. It is how showing up gets counted. It is not a tracking device. No GPS tracking, ever. Membership accounts are for adults 18 and over.
Talking Points
The ten-second version
"It is a community of ocean lovers. We do beach cleanups, reef restoration, and coastal wellness events like sunrise yoga and sound baths, and everything we do gets checked in and counted, so the impact is real and provable."
The thirty-second version
"Everyone loves the ocean, but goodwill rarely adds up to anything measurable. The Collective gives it structure: chapters host cleanups, reef days, and wellness gatherings; members check in with a HeartBadge passport; and every check-in becomes verified participation. It starts with a personality quiz that matches you with your Seavatar, and membership starts at five dollars. Come to a gathering as my guest and see for yourself."
Angles by person
The wellness friend: lead with sunrise yoga, sound baths, and breathwork on the sand.
The eco-conscious friend: lead with verification: "It is the first thing I have joined where I can actually see what my participation added up to."
The social one: lead with the crew and the Sea Avatar quiz.
Family: lead with legacy: "We are building something for the coastlines our kids will inherit, and it starts with showing up on a Saturday."
Templates You Can Send
Copy, personalize the brackets, and send. The disclosure line is part of every template. Keep it in, exactly in spirit if not in words.

Beach cleanups, reef restoration days, sunrise yoga, sound baths — and every bit of it gets checked in and counted, so the impact is real. Our next gathering is [date] at [location]. Come as my guest? (Full transparency: I am an ambassador for the Collective. If you ever join through my link I earn a $25 referral reward, and the Collective's conservation fund receives a matching $25.)
Hey [Name] — no pressure at all, just floating this back to the top. The gathering on [date] is filling up and I would love for you to experience one before deciding anything. Guests are welcome; membership starts at $5 if you ever want in. (Reminder that I am an ambassador, so I earn a small reward if you join through my link. The invite stands either way.)

Answering Questions
What does it cost?
Membership starts at $5, which claims your Sea Avatar and personality test. $50 Lite adds member event pricing and perks, and $235 is Full lifetime. Every dollar paid counts toward Full.
What do I actually get?
Events and gatherings, a community of ocean-minded people, member pricing, your Seavatar and crew role, and a verified record of ocean impact you personally participated in.
Is this a crypto thing? Is it an investment?
No. Membership is for participation and community. It is not an investment and nothing about it promises financial return. HeartBadge is your identity and check-in passport.
Where does the money go?
Memberships sustain community operations and gatherings. Conservation programs run with Seed 2 Sea Foundation. Every qualifying ambassador welcome triggers a matching $25 into the Collective community and conservation fund.
Do I need to be a diver, yogi, or super fit?
No. All levels, all bodies, first-timers welcome. There is a role for every nature.
Can my kids join?
Membership accounts are for adults 18 and over. Families are welcome at designated family-friendly events, but accounts, quizzes, and HeartBadges are adult-only by design.
Can I try it before joining?
Yes. Come to a gathering as a guest where guest attendance is available. Starting at $5 is the low-risk way in.
What about refunds?
Membership terms control refunds and program terms. Point people to the published terms rather than guessing.
The Ambassador Code
This is the section that keeps you, your friends, and the Collective safe. It is not fine print. It is the uniform.
- Disclose, every time. Say you are an ambassador and that you earn a referral reward. In posts, use #ad.
- Lead with mission and experience. The reward is a thank-you, never the pitch.
- Stick to published facts. Pricing, benefits, and programs exactly as the Collective publishes them.
- Use your link honestly. One real person, one real membership, one reward.
- Respect the no. One invite, one gentle follow-up, then let it breathe.
- Hand hard questions up. Press, sponsorship, and anything financial beyond membership goes to Collective leadership.
- Keep records. Rewards may be taxable income where you live.
- Never describe membership as an investment or suggest it will be worth something someday.
- Never talk tokens, crypto, or wallets when inviting members.
- Never make income claims about being an ambassador.
- Never make health or medical claims. Experiences, not treatments.
- Never pressure, guilt, or manufacture scarcity to close a membership.
- Never invite anyone under 18 to create an account.
- Never pitch sponsorship or capital opportunities as part of member referrals.
